Welcome to TFlow. By using our platform and services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Definitions

• “Platform” or “Service”: The TFlow platform for customer relationship management through WhatsApp
• “Company” or “We”: Tarabot Tech for Communications and Information Technology
• “User” or “You”: Any person or entity that uses the platform
• “Customer”: People who communicate with you through WhatsApp
• "WABA": WhatsApp Business Account

2. Acceptance of terms

By using our services, you:

• Agree to comply with these terms and conditions
• Acknowledge that you have read and understood Privacy Policy of our platform
• Agree to the WhatsApp Business Policy
• Confirm that you have legal authority to agree on behalf of your business

3. Description of the service

The platform TFlow provides the following services:

• WhatsApp Business API connection: WhatsApp Business account integration through Embedded Signup
• Conversation management: Receiving and sending messages, and managing departments and employees
• Artificial intelligence: Intelligent automated replies using the models available and approved in the service settings and knowledge base
• Voice calls: Incoming and outgoing WhatsApp calls
• Tickets and tasks: An integrated system for tracking customer requests
• Mobile app: An iOS and Android app for working from anywhere

4. Eligibility and registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Operate a lawful business
• Have a WhatsApp Business account or the ability to create one
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

5. User account

5.1 Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Protect access tokens and do not share them
• Notify us immediately when you discover any unauthorized use

5.2 Account security

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity carried out by your employees.

6. Acceptable use

6.1 You are permitted to:

• Use the platform to manage lawful customer communications
• Send messages that comply with WhatsApp policies
• Use message templates approved by WhatsApp

6.2 You are prohibited from:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or intrusive bulk messages
• Illegal content: Publishing unlawful or harmful content
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
• Violating Meta policies: Any use that violates WhatsApp policies

7. WhatsApp and Meta policies

Any violation of Meta/WhatsApp policies may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 Our ownership

All intellectual property rights in the platform, its design and software belong to Tarabot Tech.

8.2 Your ownership

You retain ownership of your business data and the content of your conversations with customers.

9. Fees and payment

• Some services may be subject to subscription fees
• You will be informed of any fees before subscribing
• WhatsApp messaging fees are charged according to Meta's pricing

10. Disclaimer

We provide the service “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages
• We will not be liable for any actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid over 12 months

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. When changes are made:

• We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page
• We will send notice of material changes

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by you

You may end your use of the service at any time by stopping use or requesting closure of your account.

13.2 Termination by us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms or WhatsApp policies.

14. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Libya
• Disputes will initially be resolved amicably
• If no resolution is reached, Libyan courts have jurisdiction
